Dancing with africansand​

   Dancing has been a huge role in my life since I was younger , I would dance anywhere and everywhere. Growing up I used to beg my parents to sign me  up for dance but they never did , they didn’t think I needed someone to teach me. Dance is naturally in our culture! 2019 , was the year I came out my shell & started dancing more publicly posting videos & more . Eventually , I got promoted to become the dance teacher at the Boys & Girls Club . That changed my life in a positive way , my passion for teaching the youth was through the roof ! It was like a reflection of my younger self back  when I was begging my parents to put me in dance & I didn’t get the opportunity to do so . But the kids that I’ve watched grow & taught did . Their excitement, their passion pushed me to the limit ! Kids tend to get so shy when it comes to dancing around people , but I was able to break them out of their comfort zone ! They developed self confidence, leadership skills & how to collaborate with others .
